3. Revocation of the Federal Chancellor on the annulment of the phrase "in the last five years" in Section 18 (1) and Section 18 (3) of the Unemployment Insurance Act 1977 by the Constitutional Court

According to Art. 140 (5) and (6) B-VG and in accordance with § 64 (2) and § 65 (2) of the Constitutional Court Act 1953, BGBl. No. 85/1953, is made known:

The Constitutional Court, with the knowledge of 10 December 2013, G 74-75/2013-13, was sent to the Federal Chancellor on 15 December 2013. Jänner 2014, rightly recognized:

" I.

The phrase "in the last five years" in § 18 (1) and § 18 (3) of the Unemployment Insurance Act 1977 (AlVG), BGBl. No. 609 idF BGBl. I n ° 111/2010, are repealed as unconstitutional.

II.

The repeal shall enter into force upon expiry of 31 December 2014.

III.

Previous legal provisions do not enter into force again. "
