11. Revelation of the Federal Minister of Education, Arts and Culture on the appeal of the Constitutional Court that the Regulation of the Chairman of the Performance Arrest Commission at the Landesschulrat für Steiermark für Bundesinstructor on the Formation of the Senate and determination of the replacement members of 15 May 2012 was unlawful

According to Art. 139 (5), first sentence B-VG and in accordance with Section 60 (2) Constitutional Court Act 1953, BGBl. No. 85, iVm § 4 (1) Z 4 of the Federal Law on the Federal Law Gazette 2004, BGBl. I No 100/2003, shall be made known:

The Constitutional Court, with the recognition of 25 November 2013, G 76 /2013-9, V 53 /2013-9, has rightly recognized:

" The Regulation of the Chairman of the Performance Arrest Commission at the Landesschulrat für Steiermark für Bundeslehrer on the formation of the Senate and provision of the substitute members (supplement 2 to GZ I Le 3/5-2012) of 15 May 2012 will be considered as illegal. "
