12 regulation of the Federal Minister of economy, family and youth about rules for the sector of electrical engineering

Scope of application

§ 1. This Regulation shall apply to



1 trader, the the electrical engineering industry (§ 94 Z 16 GewO 1994) in restricted or full extent exercise and 2. traders, which exert a part of industry, which comes from the trade of electrical engineers.

§ 2. The trader referred to in paragraph 1 shall have their work conscientiously with the care of an ordinary entrepreneur and after the recognised rules of technology to pursue. You are obliged to refrain from any stand-adverse behaviour.

3. the trader have to keep their expert knowledge and that their staff always up to date and then align their profession.

4. the trader have to comply with the statutory safety requirements, to demonstrate a minimum level of equipment. The minimum standard is listed in the annex.

Entry into force

§ 7. This Regulation shall enter into force the first month following the announcement.
