16. Regulation of the Federal Minister of Labour, Social Affairs and Consumer Protection, which includes the Regulation prohibiting the use of certain plasticizers (phthalates) in childcare articles (phthalate) and the regulation by which the placing on the market of certain plasticizers (phthalates) DMF-containing products are prohibited (DMF Regulation), repealed

Due to § 11 of the Product Safety Act 2004, BGBl. I n ° 16/2005, in the version of the Federal Law BGBl. I No 71/2013, shall be arranged:

§ 1. The regulation of the Federal Minister for Social Security, Generations and Consumer Protection on the Prohibition of the use of certain plasticizers (phthalates) in childcare articles (phthalatv), BGBl. II No 418/2006, is hereby repealed.

§ 2. The regulation of the Federal Minister of Labour, Social Affairs and Consumer Protection, which prohibits the placing of DMF-containing products on the market (DMF Regulation), BGBl. II No 124/2009, shall be repealed.
