3. The Federal Chancellor's announcement of the effect of the agreement pursuant to Art. 15a B-VG on an amendment to the agreement pursuant to Art. 15a B-VG on the introduction of the half-day free and compulsory early support in institutional childcare facilities vis-à-vis the countries of Burgenland and Lower Austria, BGBl. I No 203/2013, shall be corrected as follows:
