28. Revelation of the Federal Minister of Constitution and Public Service concerning the scope of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights

According to the Communications of the Secretary-General of the United Nations, the following States shall have the following states on the occasion of the deposit of the ratification or Instrument of accession declared reservations or Statements made on the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (BGBl. No 591/1978, last proclamation of the BGBl area. III No 61/2011), as follows:

France 1 -partial withdrawal of the reservation 2 on Article 14 (5) of 26 July 2012;

Ireland 3 -withdrawal of the reservation 2 on Article 19 (2) of 15 December 2011;

Pakistan 4 -Withdrawal of reservations 2 On Articles 6, 7, 12, 13, 18, 19 and 40 and partial withdrawal and amendment of the reservations 2 Article 3 and Art. 25 on 20 September 2011;

Thailand 5 -Withdrawal of declarations 2 on Art. 6 (5) and Article 9 (3) on 6 July 2012.

According to a further note by the Secretary-General, Guinea-Bissau 6 On 24 September 2013, a statement 2 pursuant to Art. 41 of the Covenant.
