10. Federal Act, with which the Land Law Teaching Personnel Act 1966 and the Land and forestry State Contract Teaching Personnel Act are amended

The National Council has decided:

Article 1

Amendment of the LandesContract Teaching Personnel Act 1966

The National Contract Teaching Personnel Act 1966-LVG, BGBl. No. 172/1966, as last amended by the Federal Act BGBl. I No 211/2013, shall be amended as follows:

The table in Article 18 (1) shall be replaced by the following:

2. In § 19 becomes

(a) the amount "90 €" in paragraph 8 Z 1, by the amount "91.8 €" replaced,

(c) the amount "150 €" (8) (3) and (9) by the amount "153 €" replaced,

(5) In § 22 (2), the amount shall be "24 €" in Z 1 by the amount "24.5 €" and the amount "12 €" in Z 2 by the amount "12,2 €" replaced.

6. In § 23 (4) the amount shall be "33.4 €" by the amount "34,1 €" replaced.

7. In § 24 (1) the amount shall be "36 €" by the amount "36,7 €" replaced.

8. In § 24 (2) the amount shall be "180 €" by the amount "183.6 €" replaced.

9. § 32 in the version of the Federal Law BGBl. The following paragraph 16 is added to I No 211/2013:

" (16) § § 18 (1), 19 (8) to (10), 20 (2), 21 (2), 22 (2), 23 (4) and (24) in the version of the Federal Law BGBl (Federal Law Gazette). I No 10/2014 will enter into force on 1 September 2015. "

Article 2

Amendment of the Land-and Forest-Economic Contract Teachers ' Act

The Land-and forestry-based Land Contract Teasers Act-LLVG, BGBl. No 244/1969, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 211/2013, shall be amended as follows:

9. § 31 in the version of the Federal Law BGBl. The following paragraph 11 is added to I No 211/2013:

" (11) § § 19 (1), 20 (4) to (7), 21 (2), 22 (2), 23 (2), 24 (4) and (25), as amended by the Federal Law of the Federal Republic of Germany (BGBl). I No 10/2014 will enter into force on 1 September 2015. "
