27. Regulation of the Federal Minister of Finance, amending the Regulation on Official Remuneration.
Pursuant to Section 60 (3) of the Civil Service Act 1979, Federal Law Gazette (BGBl). No. 333, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 111/2010, as well as § 23 of the Contract Law Act 1948, Federal Law Gazette (BGBl). N ° 86, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 6/1999, is prescribed:
The Regulation of the Federal Minister of Finance on Service Badfinances, BGBl. II No 11/2006, as amended by the BGBl version. II No 170/2013 shall be amended as follows:
1. § 7 para. 1 Z 2 lit. a is:

" (6) § 7 para. 1 Z 2 lit. a and Z 3 in the version of the BGBl Regulation. II No. 27/2014 occurs with 1. Jänner 2014 in force. "
