On the basis of § § 2 to 6, 9 and 9a, § 17 (4), § § 29 and 31 as well as § § 36 and 40 to 42 of the Army Fee Act 2001, BGBl. I n ° 31, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 181/2013, shall be arranged:

§ 2. (1) The financial claims shall be charged as of 1 March 2014.
