43. Revelation of the Federal Minister of Arts and Culture, Constitution and Public Service concerning the termination of a contract between the Austrian Federal Government and the Government of the Republic of Estonia on the lifting of the Duty of vision

On the basis of § 5 paragraph 1 Z 6 of the Federal Law on the Federal Law Gazette 2004 (BGBlG), BGBl. I n ° 100/2003 idgF, shall be made known:

The Austrian Federal Government and the Government of the Republic of Estonia have agreed that the following agreement with the accession of the Republic of Estonia to the European Union, by 1 May 2004, shall be replaced by Article 18 (1) of the Treaty establishing the European Community (Article 21 (1) of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union) and Directive 2004 /38/EC on the right of citizens of the Union and their family members to take part in the territory of the European Union Member States shall be free to move and reside, pursuant to Article 59 (1) (1). a of the Vienna Convention on the Law of the Treaties shall be deemed to have ended:
