51. Regulation of the Federal Minister for agriculture and forestry, environment and water management concerning the granting of additional suckler cow premium and additional State aid to the dairy cow premium in the year 2013 (mother cow and milk cow additional premium regulation 2013)

On the basis of §§ 7 para 1 No. of 6, 8 par. 4 Z 4, 8 sec. 5 No. 3 lit. (b) and 31 of the market organisation Act 2007 (MOG 2007), Federal Law Gazette I no. 55/2007, amended by the Federal Act Federal Law Gazette I no. 189/2013, is in agreement with the Federal Minister of finance prescribed:

Scope of application

§ 1. This regulation serves the purpose of the granting



1. one additional suckler cow premium referred to in article 111 paragraph 5 of Regulation (EC) No 73/2009 laying common rules for direct support schemes under the common agricultural policy and establishing certain support schemes for farmers and amending regulations (EC) No 1290/2005, (EC) No. 247/2006, (EC) No. 378/2007 and repealing Regulation (EC) No 1782/2003, OJ No. L 30 of January 31, 2009 page 16 and 2 of additional State aid pursuant to article 182 paragraph 7 of Regulation (EC) No 1234 / 2007 establishing a common organisation of agricultural markets and on specific provisions for certain agricultural products (single CMO Regulation), OJ No. L 299 of the 16.11.2007 p. 1, that the dairy cow premium referred to in article 68, paragraph 1 lit. (b) of Regulation (EC) No 73/2009 added.

Jurisdiction

2. responsible for the enforcement of this regulation is the market place "Agrarmarkt Austria" (AMA).

Additional State premium for the suckler cow premium

3. (1) the producer receives in accordance with article 3 of the agriculture Law 1992, BGBl. No. 375 / 1992, as amended by Federal Law Gazette I no. 2/2008, for every cow in the year 2013 sponsored or Kalbin one additional suckler cow premium of 30 euros.

(2) federal budget for this measure required exceed an amount of EUR 6 141 000 para 1 is the last sentence of Regulation (EC) after application of article 115 second subparagraph no. 73/2009 the additional premium per funded Kalbin pursuant to § 8 para 5 No. 3 lit. h last sentence MOG 2007 proportionally reduced.

Additional State aid for the dairy cow premium

§ 4 (1) in application of article 182 paragraph 7 which regulation (EC) No 1234/2007 is in accordance with article 3 of the Agriculture Act 1992 State aid amounting to total 1 666 666 euros requests for the dairy cow premium of the year 2013 is intended for.

(2) in addition to the funds mentioned under par. 1 the countries can provide more resources up to the limits listed in the Appendix.

Expiry of the mother cow and milk cow additional premium regulation 2012

§ 5. With the entry into force of this regulation is the mother cow and milk cow additional premiums

 

Regulation 2012, Federal Law Gazette II No. 53/2013 override. It is still applicable to facts which are realized in the year 2012.
