54. Regulation of the Chairman of the Management Board of Österreichische Post Aktiengesellschaft (Austrian Post Aktiengesellschaft) on the fixing of a lump-sum allowance (operating special allowance) for staff members of Österreichische Post Aktiengesellschaft or to a company which has been created by means of the re-establishment of the company within the framework of the existing company law from that company for the purpose of providing services (operating special allowances-Regulation 2014-BSZ 2014)

On the basis of § 19a of the salary law of 1956, BGBl. No. 54 in the version BGBl. I n ° 130/2003 and § 20 of the salary law of 1956, Federal Law Gazette (BGBl). No. 54 in the version BGBl. No 447/1990 in conjunction with Section 15 (2) of the salary law of 1956, Federal Law Gazette (BGBl). No. 54 in the version BGBl. I n ° 147/2008 and Section 17a (3) of the Postal Structure Act, BGBl. No 201/1996 in the BGBl version. I n ° 96/2007:

§ 1. (4) The operating special allowance according to category I shall be given to the official or the official,

a)			whose place of work is assigned to a distribution centre (letter or package) and to the use group PT 3 to PT 9, or
b)			the regular full night service in the gym, or
c)			whose place of work is associated with a work site and which is responsible for the craft activities associated with the PT 6 to PT 9 use group, in the internal service.

(5) The operating special allowance according to category II shall be given by the official or official,

a)			whose place of work is assigned to a delivery organization unit or to the carriage of goods and to the use group PT 3 to PT 9, but not to the use code 8722 or 8730 (PT 8/A),
b)			whose place of work is assigned to a branch of the Sales department stores and to the usage group PT 3 to PT 9.

(6) The operating special allowance according to category IV shall be given by the official or the official whose place of work is assigned to the post-technical service in a distribution centre. The assignment of the workplace shall only take place if the staff member or the staff member is directly responsible for the maintenance or repair of the operating equipment or equipment in a particularly difficult situation to a considerable extent in the technical interior service. is concerned.

(7) The operating special allowance according to category III shall be given to the official or official who is not covered by the provisions of paragraphs 4 to 6 and whose place of work is not from the use code 8722 or 8730 (PT 8/A) is assigned.

(8) The entitlement to the allowance shall commence with the next month following the date of the commensurate of the service. The amount of the operating special allowance for each month shall be calculated on the basis of the assignment of the employment of the official or of the official on the respective calendar day, i.e. the proportion of the monthly operating special allowance per calendar day shall be calculated is determined.

(9) Days of leave, during which the official or the official shall retain the right to monthly salary, or through a service prevention due to a service accident, the entitlement to the allowance shall be maintained.

If the official or the official is absent from the service for more than 30 calendar days for any other reason, then there shall be no more than 31. Day shall not be entitled to the day on which the civil servant or the official resigns the service.

(10) A part-time employee or a part-time employee shall be given the allowance per calendar day to the full extent, provided that he or she has been used at work places whose employment measure is at least half of a full-time job ; on other calendar days, it shall receive the allowance to half the extent.

(11) The official or the official who, on Saturdays, is outside the regular weekly service at the branch offices open on Saturday or as part of the implementation of the newspaper delivery service, is due for every Saturday. (12) The official or civil servant whose workplace is assigned to use code 8722 or 8730 (PT 8/A) or who is used in a workplace with a usage code of 8722 or 8730 (PT 8/A) shall not receive any Operating special allowance, consisting of a rate of gravity and a rate of effort.

§ 2. This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 April 2014.
