54. Regulation of the Chairman of the Management Board of Österreichische Post Aktiengesellschaft (Austrian Post Aktiengesellschaft) on the fixing of a lump-sum allowance (operating special allowance) for staff members of Österreichische Post Aktiengesellschaft or to a company which has been created by means of the re-establishment of the company within the framework of the existing company law from that company for the purpose of providing services (operating special allowances-Regulation 2014-BSZ 2014)

On the basis of § 19a of the salary law of 1956, BGBl. No. 54 in the version BGBl. I n ° 130/2003 and § 20 of the salary law of 1956, Federal Law Gazette (BGBl). No. 54 in the version BGBl. § 1. (4) The operating special allowance according to category I shall be given to the official or the official,

a)

whose place of work is assigned to a distribution centre (letter or package) and to the use group PT 3 to PT 9, or

b)

the regular full night service in the gym, or

c)

whose place of work is associated with a work site and which is responsible for the craft activities associated with the PT 6 to PT 9 use group, in the internal service.

(5) The operating special allowance according to category II shall be given by the official or official,

a)

whose place of work is assigned to a delivery organization unit or to the carriage of goods and to the use group PT 3 to PT 9, but not to the use code 8722 or 8730 (PT 8/A),

b)

whose place of work is assigned to a branch of the Sales department stores and to the usage group PT 3 to PT 9.

(6) The operating special allowance according to category IV shall be given by the official or the official whose place of work is assigned to the post-technical service in a distribution centre. (12) The official or civil servant whose workplace is assigned to use code 8722 or 8730 (PT 8/A) or who is used in a workplace with a usage code of 8722 or 8730 (PT 8/A) shall not receive any Operating special allowance, consisting of a rate of gravity and a rate of effort.

§ 2. This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 April 2014.
