59. Regulation of the Federal Minister of Labour, Social Affairs and Consumer Protection on the entry into force of the provisions concerning the new short term "Sozialministeriumservice" for the Federal Office of Social Affairs and the Disabled

On the basis of § 10 (6) of the Federal Social Law Act, BGBl. No 150/2002, as last amended by the Federal Law of the Federal Republic of Germany (BGBl). I n ° 138/2013, shall be arranged:

As of June 2014, the necessary organisational and technical requirements for the enforcement of the provisions concerning the new short term "Social Ministry Service" for the Federal Office of Social Affairs and Disability are given. The short title and the abbreviation as well as the § § 1 (1), 8 (3) and 9 (1) in the version of the Federal Law BGBl. I N ° 138/2013 will enter into force on 1 June 2014.
