20. Representing the Federal Chancellor about the ruling of the Constitutional Court that a word and a phrase in Section 8 (2) as well as words in Section 8 (3) of the Law of the Citizenship in 1985 were unconstitutional

The Constitutional Court, with the recognition of 26 February 2014, G 88 /2013-7, delivered to the Federal Chancellors on 12 March 2014, rightly recognized:
