62. Revelation of the Federal Minister of Justice pursuant to Section 16 (6) of the Lease Law
In accordance with the provisions of Section 16 (6) of the Federal Law on Rental Law, BGBl. No. 520/1981, the obligation is made known that the provisions of § 16 (5), § 15a (3), § 18 (5), § 20 (1), § 45 (1) and (2) and § 46 (2) MRG are mentioned, most recently according to the German Federal Minister of Justice BGBl's announcement. II No. 218/2011 as a result of the German Federal Statistics Office (Bundesanstalt Statistik Österreich) of 24 February 2014 have increased the amounts by law as follows:
1. In § 16 (5) MRG
(a) from EUR 0.81 to EUR 0.86; and
(b) from 1.62 euro to 1.71 euro.
2. In § 15a (3) MRG
a) in Z 1 from 3,25 Euro to 3,43 Euro,
b) in Z 2 from 2,44 Euro to 2,57 Euro,
c) in Z 3 from 1.62 Euro to 1.71 Euro and
d) in Z 4 from EUR 0.81 to EUR 0.86.
3. In § 18 (5) Z 1 MRG
from 0.81 euro to 0.86 euros.
4. In § 20 paragraph 1 Z 1 lit. b sublit. dd MRG
from 0.81 euro to 0.86 euros.
5. In § 45 (1) MRG
(a) from 2,15 Euro to 2,27 Euro,
(b) from EUR 1.62 to EUR 1.71;
(c) from EUR 1.08 to EUR 1.14; and
(d) from EUR 0.81 to EUR 0.86.
6. In § 45 (2) MRG
from 3.25 euros to 3.43 euros.
7. In § 46 (2) MRG
from 3.25 euros to 3.43 euros.
This increase will be effective on 1 April 2014 (§ 16 (6) third sentence MRG).
