52. Customer of the Federal Minister of Arts and Culture, Constitution and Civil Service, concerning the scope of the European Convention on the transmission of applications for procedural assistance
According to the note by the Secretary-General of the Council of Europe, Cyprus, on 12 February 2014, has given its instrument of ratification to the European Convention on the transmission of requests for procedural assistance (BGBl. N ° 190/1982, last proclamation of the BGBl area. III N ° 8/2012), on the occasion of which the following declarations were made:
According to Article 8 of the Convention, Cyprus declares that the Ministry of Justice and Public Order is referred to as the transmitting agency in accordance with Article 2 (1), and as the central receiving agency pursuant to Article 2 (2) of the Convention.
In accordance with Article 13 (1) of the Convention, Cyprus declares that, in the light of Article 6 (1) (b), it will accept the application for a procedural aid and the accompanying documents and all other communications, even if it is in English or French, or accompanied by a translation into one of these languages.
