64. Regulation of the Federal Minister for transport, innovation and technology, with the General permits are granted on the basis of section 74 subsection 3 of the Federal Act, is issued with the a Telecommunications Act (Telekommunikationsgesetz 2003 - TKG 2003), Federal Law Gazette I no. 70/2003, amended by the Federal Act, Federal Law Gazette I no. 96/2013, is prescribed:
§ 1. With regard to the radio equipment indicated in the annex, the general permit for the construction and operation is granted.
Codes of conduct
2. (1) codes of conduct can be added to the device descriptions in the annex. These are to follow when exercising the approval. In particular, is in the possibility to operate the radio transmission facility with various antenna, make sure that the product of the power supplied by the transmitter of antenna and the gain of the antenna does not exceed the permissible radiation power specified in the interface description.
(1a) it can also be set, that certain radio applications subject to a duty of disclosure in accordance with § 80a TKG 2003. Ads are to submit in writing and shall contain: a) name and address of the operator of the radio system, b) information about the intended use of the radio equipment, c) information on the functioning of the radio system.
(2) when the generally approved radio systems will be impaired by other approved radio equipment.
§ 3. The documents cited in the system with technical content (radio interface descriptions FSB) lie at the Federal Ministry for transport, innovation and technology, section III, as well as at the Office for radio equipment and telecommunications terminal equipment during office hours for inspection. § 4. With the entry into force of this regulation, the regulation of general authorisations are granted, shall Federal Law Gazette II No. 542/2003, override.
