Decree of the Federal Minister for Transport, Innovation and Technology, with which general authorisations will be granted

Pursuant to Section 74 (3) of the Federal Act, which enacted a telecommunications law (Telecommunications Act 2003-TKG 2003), BGBl. I n ° 70/2003, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 96/2013, shall be arranged:

General Bewilligungen

§ 1. In respect of the radio equipment referred to in the Annex, the general authorisation for the establishment and operation of the equipment shall be granted.

Codes of conduct

§ 2. (1) The descriptions of the equipment contained in the installation may also be appended to the code of conduct. These are to be followed in the exercise of the authorization. In particular, in the case of the possibility of operating the radio transmission system with different antennas, care must be taken to ensure that the product from the power supplied by the transmitter of the antenna and the gain of the antenna are those in the interface description. , does not exceed the permitted radiation level.

(1a) It may also be determined that certain radio applications are subject to a notification requirement in accordance with Section 80a TKG 2003. Advertisements shall be submitted in writing and shall contain:

a)			the name and address of the operator of the radio equipment;
b)			information on the intended use of the radio equipment,
c)			Information on the functioning of the radio system.

(2) In the case of the operation of generally approved radio equipment, impairments must be expected from other approved radio equipment.

The documents cited in the annex with technical content (radio interface descriptions-FSB) are available from the Federal Ministry of Transport, Innovation and Technology, Section III, as well as with the Office of Funkanlagen and Telecommunications terminal equipment during office hours for inspection.
