Regulation of the Federal Minister for Transport, Innovation and Technology on the setting of air interfaces for radio equipment (radio interfaces-description regulation-FSBV)

According to § 4 of the Federal Act on Funkanlagen and Telecommunication Terminal Equipment (FTEG), BGBl. I No 134/2001, as last amended by BGBl. I No 123/2013, shall be arranged:

§ 1. (1) This Regulation lays down the air interfaces for radio equipment listed in the Annex.

(2) The Annex contains:

1.

Column 1, the type of spectrum use,

2.

Column 2 is the name of the radio interface description,

3.

Column 3 is the output date and

4.

Column 4 is the number under which the radio interface description has been notified.

§ 2. The radio interface descriptions (FSB) are available from the Federal Ministry of Transport, Innovation and Technology, Section III, and at the office for radio equipment and telecommunications terminal equipment during the office hours for inspection. They will also be published on the homepage of the Federal Ministry of Transport, Innovation and Technology.

§ 3. With the entry into force of this regulation, the radio interface description ordinance, BGBl, occurs. II No 454/2003, except for force.
