Regulation of the Federal Minister for Science, Research and Economy, which changes the regulation on student support for students at private universities ("Privatuniversitäten-Studienförderungsverordnung-PUStFV").

On the basis of § 3 (2) and (3) in conjunction with § 76 (2) of the Student Promotion Act 1992-StudFG, BGBl. No. 305/1992, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 79 /2013, and the Federal Ministry of Finance, 2014, BGBl. I n ° 11/2014 shall be assigned in agreement with the Federal Minister for Finance:

The Private University Student Funding Regulation-PUStFV, BGBl. II No 50/2008, as amended by the BGBl Regulations. II No 378/2008, BGBl. II No 410/2009 and BGBl. II No 319/2010, shall be amended as follows:

1. In § 1, the word shall be: "and" at the end of the Z 9 replaced by a dash; the point in Z 10 shall be replaced by the word "and" , the following Z 11 shall be added:

" 11.

Karl Landsteiner Privatuniversität für Gesundheitswissenschaften. "

2. The following paragraph 3 is added to § 7:

" (3) This Regulation, as amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No. 72/2014 is to be applied to applications from the summer semester 2014. "
