74. Regulation of the Financial Markets Authority (FMA) amending the deposit-fee regulation
On the basis of § 7 (9) of the Capital Markets Act-KMG, BGBl. N ° 625/1991, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 184/2013, shall be arranged:
The Regulation of the Financial Markets Authority (FMA) on the fees to be paid for the deposit of documents relating to the prospectus of issuers (Deposit Fees Regulation), BGBl. II No 235/2005, as amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 518/2012, shall be amended as follows:

2. The following paragraph 3 is added to § 4:
