79. Regulation of the Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FMA), which repeals the loss data notification regulation

On the basis of § 74 (1) and (6) (1) of the Banking Act-BWG, BGBl. No. 532/1993, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 13/2014, is assigned with the approval of the Federal Minister of Finance:

The Regulation of the Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FMA) on the reporting of loss data (loss data reporting Regulation-VTDM-V), BGBl. II No 473/2006, as last amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No. 218/2012, enters into force on 31 May 2014.
