Regulation of the Federal Minister of Education and Women, which changes the NMS implementation package

On the basis of the School Organization Act, BGBl. No 242/1962, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 75/2013, in particular Articles 6 and 21b of this Regulation, shall be prescribed:

The NMS Implementation Package, BGBl. II No 185/2012, shall be amended as follows:

1. In § 2, the text of § 2 shall be the sales designation "(1)" , and the following paragraph 2 is added:

" (2) Annex 1, as amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No. 80/2014 will enter into force on 1 September 2014. "

2. Appendix 1 (curriculum of the New Middle School) Third part (school and lesson plan) fourth paragraph reads:

" The federal government continues to finance four additional weekly hours per NMS class. Each NMS class is dedicated to these additional four hours of teaching hours for individualization measures in the differentiated compulsory subject matter (German, Mathematics and Living Foreign Language) in the sense of the teaching and learning contents of the new Middle school available. "

3. In Appendix 1 (curriculum of the New Middle School) of third parties (school and curriculum planning), the seventh paragraph shall be used to: "six" by the word "four" replaced.
