§ 4 of the Education Documentary Act, BGBl. No 12/2002, as last amended by the Federal Law of the Federal Republic of Germany (BGBl). I No 77/2013, |

| shall be assigned in agreement with the Federal Minister for Finance: |

The Landeslehrer-Controllingverordnung, BGBl. II No 390/2005, in the version of the BGBl Regulations. II No 27/2008 and BGBl. II No 244/2013, shall be amended as follows:
1. § 7 (2) (1) and (2) are replaced by the following text:
| " For each of the full-employment equivalent approved in accordance with § 5 of the establishment plan, the average personnel costs per year for teachers of the remuneration group l 2a 2 shall be based on the current guide values laid down in Annex 2 to the Regulation of the Federal Minister of Finance on the assessment of the financial impact on public budgets in the context of impact assessments on regulatory and other projects (WFA-Financial implications-Regulation- WFA-FinAV), BGBl. II No 490/2012, as amended. |

(2) The following paragraph 4 is added to § 11:
" (4) § 7 in the version of the BGBl Regulation. II No. 81/2014 will enter into force on 1 September 2014. "
