The National Council has decided:
Amendment of the ORF Act
The Federal Act on Austrian Broadcasting (ORF-Law, ORF-G), BGBl. No 379/1984, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 84/2013 shall be amended as follows:
1. In § 28, the previous paragraph 11 is given the name "(6)" and there is no word order in this paragraph "after appointment of the members in accordance with paragraph 10" .
2. In § 29 (6) the word order is deleted "up to 10 or paragraph 11" .
3. § 30 (1) Z 2 reads:

the appointment of six members of the Board of Trustees; " |

(4) The following paragraph 13 is added to § 49:
" (13) § 28 (6), § 29 (6) and § 30 (1) (2) (2) in the version of the Federal Law BGBl (Federal Law Gazette). I n ° 23/2014 will enter into force on 15 April 2014. "
