The National Council has decided:

The road traffic Act 1960 (StVO 1960), BGBl. No. 159, last amended by Federal Law Gazette I no. 39/2013, is amended as follows:

1. Section 26a para 1 is as follows:

"(1) the drivers of vehicles of the public security service, the demining service, the military patrol, military intelligence and financial management are lit on driving restrictions in accordance with § 52 trips, insofar as this is necessary for the proper performance of duties on stopping and parking restrictions on speed limits. a Z 1, Z 6a, Z 6b, Z 6c, 6 d Z, Z 7a, Z 7b, Z 8a, Z 8b, and 8c Z and not bound by the prohibitions with regard to driving to the left edge of the roadway. You may use also the lanes and roads for buses. You may here but endanger anyone or damage things."

2. in article 46, the following paragraph 4a is inserted:

"(4a) on sections of a direction roadway with at least three lanes of traffic driving on the extreme left lane with trucks with a highest permissible gross weight of more than 7,5 tonnes shall be prohibited;" This does not apply, as far as driving this lane is necessary in order to classify according to the intended journey."

3. at paragraph 103, 15 the following paragraph shall beadded:

"(15) section 26a para 1 and article 46 paragraph 4a amended by Federal Law Gazette I no. 27/2014 with 1 June 2014 into force."
