92. Regulation of the Federal Minister for Agriculture, Forestry, Environment and Water Management, by which the allocation rules regulation will be amended

On the basis of § 23 of the Emissions Trading Act 2011, BGBl. I No 118/2011, in the version BGBl. I n ° 98/2013, shall be assigned in agreement with the Federal Minister for Science, Research and the Economy:

The regulation of the Federal Minister for Agriculture, Forestry, Environment and Water Management on the allocation rules for the trading periods from 2013 (Allocation Regulation Ordinance-ZuRV), BGBl. II No 465/2011, shall be amended as follows:

1. § 18 is added to the following § 19 together with the heading:

" Entry into

§ 19. Annexes 1 and 2 to this Regulation, as amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 92/2014 shall enter into force at the end of the day of the event. "

2. In Annex 1, Section 1, Z 1, the table in the entries for the product reference values shall be: "Gips" and "Dried Secondary Gypsum" each in the fourth column the word "No" through the phrase "Yes (from 2014)" replaced.

3. In Annex 1, Section 1, Z 2, the table in the entry to the product reference value shall be: "Mineral Wool" in the fourth column, the word "No" by the word "Yes" replaced.

4. In Annex 1, Section 1, Z 2, the table in the entry to the product reference value shall be: "Gipskarton" in the fourth column, the word "No" through the phrase "Yes (from 2014)" replaced.

5. In Annex 2, Z 1 lit. b is inserted in the table after entry 2613 the following entry:
