98. Ordination of the Federal Minister of Health on the 49. Night rag to the pharmacopoeia

On the basis of § 2 of the Pharmacopoitic Act 2012-ABG 2012, BGBl. I No 44/2012, shall be arranged:

§ 1. The German-language version of the eighth supplement to the European Pharmacopoeia, seventh edition 2011, Supplement 7.8, Official Austrian edition, is put into effect.

§ 2. The monographs and texts of the European Pharmacopoeia, seventh edition 2011, as well as the monographs and texts of the Austrian Pharmacopoeia, each by means of the eighth supplement to the European Pharmacopoeia, seventh edition 2011, Night rag 7.8, replaced, will be repeal.

§ 3. The Austrian pharmacopoeia, official edition 2014, will be put into effect.

§ 4. The monographs and texts of the Austrian Pharmacopoeia, which are in each case replaced by provisions of the Austrian Pharmacopoeia, Official Edition 2014, will be repeal.
