On the basis of § 148 (3) of the Federal Law on Defence and Security 2012-BVergGVS 2012, BGBl. I No 10/2012, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. II No 430/2013, shall be made known:

In Annex I, Part B of the Bundesvergabegesetz Defence and Security 2012, the reference to the Fundstellenhinweis is to be read:

" Military goods contained in the Common Military List of the European Union, OJ L 327, 28.4.2002, p. No. OJ C 107 of 9 April 2014, p. 1.
