88. Revelation of the Federal Minister of Arts and Culture, Constitution and Civil Service, concerning the scope of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods

According to the note by the Secretary-General of the United Nations, Norway, on 14 April 2014, has made its statement on the occasion of ratification by reference to Article 92 1 on the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (BGBl. No. 96/1988, last proclamation of the BGBl area. III No 303/2013) and the declaration made with reference to Art. 94 (1) and (2) as follows:

" [...] in addition to its earlier declaration of 20 July 1988 under Art. 94, Norway declares, in respect of Iceland, in accordance with paragraph 1, and otherwise in accordance with paragraph 1, cf. Paragraph 3, that the Convention shall not apply to purchase contracts and to their establishment if the parties have their establishment in Norway, Denmark, Finland, Iceland or Sweden. "
