88. by-laws of the Federal Minister for arts and culture, constitutional and civil service regarding the scope of the Convention of the United Nations on contracts for the international sale of goods
After notification of the Secretary-General of the United Nations Norway has on 14 April 2014 on the occasion of the ratification under article 92 shall Erklärung1 to the Convention of the United Nations on contracts for the international sale of goods (Federal Law Gazette No. 96/1988, last proclamation of the scope BGBl. III No. 303/2013) pulled back, as well as the Declaration, referring to article 94 as follows plus para 1 and 2 :
„[…] In addition to his earlier statement of 20 July 1988 pursuant to article 94 Norway in Iceland referred to in paragraph 1, and otherwise in accordance with paragraph 1 cf. paragraph 3 explains that the Convention does not apply to sales contracts and their conclusion if the parties have their establishment in Norway, Denmark, Finland, Iceland or Sweden. "."
