89. Proclamation of the Federal Minister for arts and culture, constitutional and civil service regarding the correction of statements in the Federal Law Gazette

On the basis of article 10 of the Federal Law Gazette law - BGBlG, Federal Law Gazette I no. 100/2003 as amended, will be published:

1. the announcement of Chancellor of 16 May 1989 concerning the scope of the Convention which is United Nations on contracts for the international sale of goods, BGBl. No. 235/1989, corrected as follows:

In the statement of Norway it is held "under article 92 par. 1 and 2" right ", referring to article 94 para 1 and 2".

2. the proclamation of the Federal Chancellor concerning the scope of the Convention of the United Nations on contracts for the international sale of goods, BGBl. III is as follows n ° 99/2012, corrected:

Declaration of Finland's is "with regard to Iceland referred to in paragraph 1, and otherwise in accordance with paragraph 2" instead of "with regard to Iceland in accordance with article 1, and otherwise in accordance with article 2" correctly.
