94. Revelation of the Federal Minister of Arts and Culture, Constitution and Civil Service concerning the scope of the Protocol on Explosive Remnant of War (Protocol V)

According to the United Nations Secretary-General's communications, the following additional states have their notifications on the Protocol on Explosive Remnants of War (Protocol V) (BGBl. III n ° 40/2008, last proclamation of the BGBl area. III. No 194/2013), pursuant to Article 4 of the Convention on the Prohibition or Restriction of the Use of Certain Conventional Weapons Which May Be Deemed to Be Excessively Injiy or to Have Indiscriminate Effects:

In addition, the Netherlands 1 28 April 2014 extends the scope of the Protocol to the Caribbean part of the Netherlands (the islands of Bonaire, Sint Eustatius and Saba).
