35. Federal law that modifies the equalisation Act 1967 and the child care money law

The National Council has decided:

Article 1

Change in the equalisation Act 1967

The equalisation Act 1967, BGBl. No. 376, as last amended by Federal Law Gazette I no. 163/2013, is amended as follows:

1. in article 2, par. 1 lit. b is at the end of the twelfth sentence of point replaced with a semicolon and the following half-sentence added:

"Similarly, if all classes and examinations of the introductory and orientation phase according to § 66 of the 2002 University Act, Federal Law Gazette I no. 120/2002, successfully completed, unless these are rated at least 14 two ECTS credits."

2. § 2 par. 1 lit. l sublit. DD is: dd) European voluntary service according to Regulation (EU) No. 1288/2013 for the establishment of "Erasmus +", OJ "No. L 347 of the 20.12.2013 s 50."

3. in article 3, paragraph 1, the phrase is "according to §§ 8 and 9 of the settlement and residence Act (NAG), BGBl. I no. 100/2005" by the phrase "according to §§ 8 and 9 of the settlement and residence Act (NAG), BGBl. 5. paragraph 8 para 2:

6 paragraph 8 para 3:

7 paragraph 8 section 4:

8 § 55 27 the following paragraph is added:

Article 2

Amendment to the child care money Act

The child care money law (KBGG), Federal Law Gazette I no. 103/2001, as last amended by Federal Law Gazette I no. 197/2013, is amended as follows:

1. in article 2, paragraph 1 Z 5 is the phrase "According to §§ 8 and 9 of the settlement and residence Act (NAG), Federal Law Gazette I no. 100/2005, legally residing in Austria," by the phrase "according to §§ 8 and 9 of the settlement and residence Act (NAG), Federal Law Gazette I no. 100/2005, or according to § 54 of the asylum Act 2005 (AsylG 2005), Federal Law Gazette I no. 100/2005 idF BGBl. I no. 87/2012" ", legally residing in Austria," replaced.

2. in article 33, paragraph 1, the phrase "on an account with a domestic financial institution" by the word order is "on an account with a payment service provider for the article 9 of Regulation (EU) No. 260/2012 establishing the technical requirements and the business requirements for credit transfers and direct debits in euro, OJ" No. L 94 of the 30.03.2012 is true, page 22"replaced.

3. § 50 shall be added following paragraph 11 and 12:
