101. Presentation of the Federal Minister of Arts and Culture, Constitution and Civil Service concerning the scope of the International Convention for the Suppression of Acts of Nuclear Terrorism

According to the United Nations Secretary-General's communications, the following other states have their instruments of ratification of the International Convention for the Suppression of Acts of Nuclear Terrorism (BGBl. III. No 77/2007, last proclamation of the BGBl area. III n ° 8/2014):

On the occasion of the deposit of its instrument of ratification, the State of Qatar has declared that it should not be bound by Article 23 (1) of the Convention.

According to a further note by the Secretary-General of the United Nations, Jamaica declared on 6 February 2014 that it should not be bound by the provisions of Article 23 (1) of the Convention.

In addition, Jamaica has announced the competent authorities and liaison bodies under Article 7 (4) of the Convention as follows:
