101. public announcement of the Federal Minister for arts and culture, constitutional and civil service regarding the scope of the International Convention on combating nuclear terrorism

After messages of the Secretary-General of the United Nations, following further States have their instruments of ratification of the International Convention on combating nuclear terrorism (Federal Law Gazette III No. 77/2007, last proclamation of the scope BGBl. III No. 8 / 2014) deposited:

February 20th, 2014, on the occasion of the deposit of its instrument of ratification the State said Qatar not to consider paragraph 1 of the Convention is bound to article 23.

A further communication from the Secretary-General of the United Nations according to Jamaica declared on 6 February 2014, not consider paragraph 1 of the Convention are bound to the provisions of article 23.

In addition, Jamaica announced paragraph 4 of the Convention as follows the competent authorities and liaison agencies pursuant to article 7:
