122. Ordinance of the Federal Minister of Justice, which will arrange for which district courts the Family Court Aid is established (FamGHV-BMJ 2014)

On the basis of § 106c (1) of the Extrastreit Act, BGBl. I n ° 111/2003, as last amended by BGBl. I No 158/2013, shall be arranged:

Locations

§ 1. With effect from 1 July 2014, the Family Court Assistance is set up at the following locations:

1.		Vienna,
2.		Eisenstadt,
3.		Krems on the Danube,
4.		St. Pölten,
5.		Amstetten,
6.		Wiener Neustadt,
7.		Graz,
8.		Bruck an der Mur,
9.		Fürstenfeld,
10.		Klagenfurt,
11.		Villach,
12.		Linz,
13.		Ried im Innkreis,
14.		Steyr,
15.		Wels,
16.		Salzburg,
17.		Innsbruck,
18.		Wörgl and
19.		Feldkirch.

District Courts

§ 2. (1) In addition to the district courts of Döbling, Donaustadt, favourites, Floridsdorf, five-house, hernals, hietzing, inner city of Vienna, Josefstadt, Leopoldstadt, Liesing and Meidling, the district court Bruck also serves as a family court aid at the Vienna location. at the Leitha, Gänserndorf, Hollabrunn, Klosterneuburg, Korneuburg, Mistelbach, Purkersdorf and Schwechat.

(2) In addition to the district court Eisenstadt, the family court aid at the Eisenstadt site also serves the district courts of Güssing, Jennersdorf, Mattersburg, Neusiedl am See, Oberpullendorf and Oberwart.

(3) The Family Court Aid at the Krems site on the Danube, in addition to the Krems district court on the Danube, is also responsible for the Gmünd District Courts in Lower Austria, Horn, Waidhofen an der Thaya and Zwettl.

(4) In addition to the District Court of St. Pölten, the Family Court Aid at the St. Pölten site also serves the District Courts of Lilienfeld, Neulengbach and Tulln.

(5) In addition to the district court Amstetten, the family court aid at the Amstetten site also serves the district courts of Melk and Scheibbs.

(6) In addition to the district court of Wiener Neustadt, the family court aid at the Wiener Neustadt district also serves the district courts of Baden, Mödling and Neunkirchen.

(7) In addition to the district courts of Graz-Ost and Graz-West, the family court aid at the Graz site also serves the district courts of Deutschlandsberg, Leibnitz and Voitsberg.

(8) In addition to the district court of Bruck an der Mur, the family court aid at the Bruck an der Mur site also serves the district courts of Judenburg, Leoben, Liezen, Murau, Mürzzuschlag and Schladming.

(9) In addition to the district court of Fürstenfeld, the family court aid at the Fürstenfeld site also serves the district courts of Feldbach and Weiz.

(10) In addition to the district court of Klagenfurt, the family court aid at the Klagenfurt site also serves the district courts of Bleiburg, Eisenkappel, Feldkirchen, Ferlach, Sankt Veit an der Glan, Völkermarkt and Wolfsberg.

(11) In addition to the district court of Villach, the family court aid at the Villach site also serves the district courts Hermagor and Spittal an der Drau.

(12) In addition to the district court of Linz, the family court aid at the Linz site also serves the district courts of Freistadt, Perg, Rohrbach, Traun and Urfahr.

(13) In addition to the Ried district court in the Innkreis district court, the family court aid at the Ried site in the Innkreis also serves the district courts of Braunau am Inn, Mattighofen and Schärding.

(14) In addition to the district court of Steyr, the family court aid at the Steyr site also serves the Kirchdorf district court on the Krems.

(15) In addition to the district court of Wels, the family court aid at the Wels site also serves the district courts of Bad Ischl, Eferding, Gmunden, Grieskirchen and Vöcklabruck.

(16) In addition to the district court of Salzburg, the family court aid at the Salzburg site also serves the district courts of Hallein, Neumarkt bei Salzburg, Oberndorf, Saalfelden, Sankt Johann im Pongau, Tamsweg, Thalgau and Zell am See.

(17) In addition to the District Court of Innsbruck, the Family Court Aid at the Innsbruck site also serves the District Courts of Hall (in Tyrol), Imst, Landeck, Reutte, Silz and Telfs.

(18) The Family Court Aid at the Wörgl site is responsible for the District Courts of Kitzbühel, Kufstein, Lienz, Rattenberg, Schwaz and Zell am Ziller.

(19) In addition to the Feldkirch District Court, the Family Court Aid at the Feldkirch site also serves the District Courts of Bezau, Bludenz, Bregenz, Dornbirn and Montafon.

entry into force

§ 3. (1) This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 July 2014.

(2) The regulation of the Federal Minister of Justice, which will arrange for which district courts a family court aid will be established (FamGHV-BMJ), BGBl. II no. 185/2013, and the regulation of the Federal Minister of Justice, which will arrange for which further district courts a family court aid will be established (2. FamGHV-BMJ), BGBl. II No 508/2013, shall expire on 30 June 2014, respectively.
