Pursuant to Section 6 (1) in conjunction with Section 7 (1) of the Federal Act on the Promotion of Handwerkerachievements, BGBl. I No 31/2014 shall be assigned:

Determination of the resolution body and the authorised bodies

§ 1. (1) With the handling of the funding pursuant to the Federal Act on the Promotion of Handwerkerachievements, BGBl. I n ° 31/2014, Kommunalkredit Public Consulting GmbH, company number FN 236804t, is entrusted with the task of entruing the company.

(2) The building societies "Allgemeine Bausparkasse reg.Gen.m.b.H", "Bausparkasse der Austrian Sparkassen Aktiengesellschaft "," Raiffeisen Bausparkasse Gesellschaft m.b.H. and "Bausparkasse Wüstenrot Aktiengesellschaft" will be replaced by Authorizing the settlement authority for the acceptance of request.

(3) During the funding period, the authorities authorised to accept applications shall receive funding applications which meet the requirements, following the necessary documents, and shall have access to the settlement office referred to in § 1 (1). , A separate contract shall be concluded via the details of the settlement.

§ 2. This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 July 2014.

§ 3. This Regulation shall not enter into force on 30 June 2016.
