On the basis of § 7 of the Pharmacy Act, RGBl. No. 5/1907, as last amended by the Federal Act BGBl. I No 32/2014, shall be arranged:
The Austrian Taxe 1962, BGBl. No 128/1962, as last amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 426/2013, shall be amended as follows:
1. In accordance with Article 11 (45), the following paragraph 46 is added:
" (46) Appendix B in the version of the BGBl Regulation. II No. 142/2014 shall enter into force on 1 July 2014. "
2. In Annex B, the rates of the following medicinal products and vessels shall be fixed as follows:
