147. Federal Government Regulation amending the Regulation on the merging of district courts and the sprengeling of the remaining District Courts in Lower Austria (District Court-Lower Austria Regulation 2012)

On the basis of § 8 (5) (5) lit. d the Transitional Law of 1. October 1920, BGBl. No. 368/1925, in the version of the Federal Constitutional Law BGBl. I n ° 64/1997 and the BGBl agreement. I n ° 194/1999 is decreed with the consent of the Lower Austrian State Government:

The Federal Government's Regulation on the merging of district courts and the Sprengel of the remaining District Courts in Lower Austria (District Court-Regulation Niederösterreich 2012), BGBl. II No 204/2012, shall be amended as follows:

1. In § 3 (1) Z 2, the date shall be: "1 July 2014" by the date "1 July 2016" replaced.

(2) The following paragraph 4 is added to § 3:

" (4) § 3 (1) (2) (2) as amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No. 147/2014 enters into force on July 1, 2014, but at the earliest with a corresponding adaptation of the entry into force of the Federal Act, with which the District Court Organizational Act for Vienna, the Federal BGBl Act. No 91/1993 and the Public Prosecutor's Act (Vienna-Lower Austria), BGBl. I No 82/2012. '
