149. Ordinance of the Federal Minister of Education and Women for the determination of the study aid authority as a performance-defining body (transparency database transfer regulation BMBF)

On the basis of § 39 (5) of the Transparency Database Act 2012 (TDBG 2012), BGBl. I n ° 99/2012, shall be arranged:

§ 1. In the sphere of action of the Federal Minister for Education and Women, the Office of Student Affairs will be responsible for providing services in the field of study funding as a performance-defining body within the meaning of § 15 TDBG 2012 for Services within the meaning of § 4 paragraph 1 Z 2 TDBG 2012 are determined. As a result, the study aid authority will transfer the independent exercise of all rights and obligations as a performance-defining body.

§ 2. This Regulation shall enter into force at the end of the day of the customer's notice in the Federal Law Gazans.
