114. Presentation by the Federal Minister of Arts and Culture, the Constitution and the Civil Service, concerning the amendment of Annex II to the Convention establishing a European Space Agency

On the basis of § 5 paragraph 1 Z 6 of the Federal Law on the Federal Law Gazette 2004 (BGBlG), BGBl. I n ° 100/2003 idgF, shall be made known:

According to Art. XVI (3) of the Convention establishing a European Space Agency (BGBl). No. 95/1987, idF BGBl. III n ° 108/2014), the ESA Council, acting unanimously on 10 June 2009, adopted the following amendment to Annex II to the Convention:

The change is in accordance with Art. The third paragraph of the Convention was 1. Jänner entered into force in 2010.
