155. Regulation of the Federal Minister for Home Affairs, amending the security charges regulation

Pursuant to § § 5a (3) Z 1, 55b (5), 80 (1) and (92a) of the Security Policy Act (SPG), BGBl. No 566/1991, as last amended by the Federal Law, BGBl. I No 43/2014, shall be arranged:

The Security Charges Regulation (SGV), BGBl. No 389/1996, as last amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 287/2012, shall be amended as follows:

1. The promulgation clause is:

" On the basis of § § 5a (3) Z 1, 55b (5), 80 (1) and (92a) of the Security Policy Act (SPG), BGBl. No 566/1991, as last amended by the Federal Law, BGBl. I No 43/2014, shall be assigned: "

2. In Section 1 (1), the amount shall be "14,53 €" by the amount "17 Euro" and the amount "21,80 €" by the amount "26 Euro" replaced.

3. In Section 1 (2), the amount shall be "10,90 €" by the amount "13 Euro" and the amount "21,80 €" by the amount "26 Euro" replaced.

4. In § 2 (1) the amount shall be "10,90 €" by the amount "13 Euro" and the amount "14,53 €" by the amount "17 Euro" replaced.

5. In § 2 para. 2 the amount shall be "5,45 €" by the amount "7 Euro" replaced.

6. In § 4 (1) the amount shall be "181,68 €" by the amount "218 Euro" and the amount "72,67 €" by the amount "87 Euro" replaced.

7. In Section 4 (2), the amount shall be: "109,01 €" by the amount "131 Euro" replaced.

8. In § 5 shall be after the quote "§ 55a (2) Z 3" the citation "and Z 3a" inserted and the amount "247.09 €" by the amount "297 Euro" , the amount "494,18 €" by the amount "593 Euro" and the amount "741,26 €" by the amount "890 Euro" replaced.

9. In § 6, after the word order "Cost replacement for" the word "the" inserted, the amount "8,20" by the amount "10" and the amount "30,20" by the amount "36" in which Z 2 replaces the point by a stroke, and the following Z 3 is added:

" 3.		in the case of DNA profiles a total of 36 euros. "

10. The following paragraph 7 is added to § 8:

" (7) The promulgation clause as well as § § 1, 2 (1) and (2), (4), (5) and (6) in the version of the BGBl Regulation. II No. 155/2014 will enter into force on 1 July 2014. "
