Article 1

Amendment of the Federal Education and Training Act

The Federal School Supervision Act, BGBl. No 240/1962, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 164/2013, shall be amended as follows:

1. In § 3 (1) Z 1 and 2 in the version of the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 164/2013 the Wendungen "Federal Minister for Education, Arts and Culture" in each case by the turn "Federal Minister responsible" replaced.

2. ( Principle specification ) In § 8 para. 2 lit. b will replace the point at the end of the Z 3 with a stroke point and will set a point at the end of the Z 4.

The School Organization Act, BGBl. No 242/1962, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 75/2013, shall be amended as follows:

1. In Section 5 (2) (2) (2), the quote shall be: "lit. i" by quoting "lit. j" replaced.

2. In § 6 para. 3, fourth sentence, the turn shall be "competent school authority" through the turn "competent school authority" replaced.

Amendment of the school-age law 1985

The School Time Act 1985, BGBl. No. 77/1985, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 75/2013, shall be amended as follows:

2. In § 23 (1) and (2), the twists shall be "Federal Minister for Education, Arts and Culture" in each case by the turn "Federal Minister responsible" replaced.

3. § 23 (3) reads:

2. Article 14

Amendment of the Landeslehrer-Dienstrechtsgesetz

The Landeslehrer-Dienstrechtsgesetz (LDG 1984), BGBl. No 302/1984, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 8/2014, shall be amended as follows:

1. In § 51 para. 4, second sentence, the word "District School Council" by the word "Landesschulrat" and the word "School District" through the turn "Political District" replaced.

2. In § 113a, in Z 2 the quote " Regulation BGBl. II No 291/2011 " by quoting " Regulations BGBl. II No 291/2011 and BGBl. II No 356/2013 " , in Z 5 the short description "B BS-V" by the short name "B-BS-V" , in Z 6 the short description "B DOK-V" by the short name "B-DOK-V" and in Z 7 the short term "B Kenn-V" by the short name "B-Kenn-V" replaced.

3. In § 113e (2) and (7), the twists shall be "Economy and Work" through the twists "Labour, Social Affairs and Consumer Protection" and in paragraph 7, the turn "Health and women" by the word "Health" replaced.

(4) The following paragraph 75 is added to § 123:

"(75) § 51 (4) shall enter into force on 1 August 2014."

5. In Section 124 (1), the turn-of-the- "Education, art and culture" through the turn "Education and women" replaced.

6. In § 124 (2), the twists "Education, science and culture" in each case by the turn "Education and women" replaced.
