172. Regulation of the Chairman of the Management Board of Austrian Post AG about fixing a night duty allowance for staff who are assigned to the service of the Austrian postal public limited company or a company that has emerged from this society through measures of restructuring in the context of the existing company law, (night service money Ordinance 2014 - NDG-VO 2014)
On the basis of § 20 1956 salary law, BGBl. No. 54 in the amended BGBl. No. 201/1996 in the version BGBl. I will no 96/2007, no. 447/1990 in conjunction with § 17a para 3 postal structure Act, Federal Law Gazette prescribed:
§ 1 (1) the officer or the officer of Austrian post, as well as the officer or the officer, is assigned to the or of a company that has emerged through measures of restructuring in the context of the existing company law from the Österreichische Post AG, to the service, which provides a night service, receives a night duty allowance.
(2) night service in the sense of paragraph 1 is made, if in the period between 22:00 and 06:00 (= night period) service is provided with the exception of the services covered by paragraph 3.
(3) night service in the sense of paragraph 1 is not made, if in the delivery service within a flexible working hours model in utilization of the flexi-time frame voluntarily and of their own before 06:00 the service is started and the flextime framework allows a service start outside of the night period anyway, and if the service less than one during the night period hour (= 60 min) is. § 2.
