178. Regulation of the Federal Minister for Transport, Innovation and Technology amending the Austro Control Fee Regulation (ACGV-Novelle 2013)

On the basis of § 6(1). 2 and 3 of the Federal Law on Austro Control Society with limited liability, BGBl. No. 898/1993 as amended by Federal Law BGBl. I No 21/2010, in agreement with the Federal Minister for Finance, will be ordered:

The Austro Control Fee Regulation (ACGV), BGBl. No. 2/1994, last amended by Regulation BGBl. II No 30/2013, as follows:

1. The § 6 below. 11:

"(11) The II. Section in the version of Regulation BGBl. II No 178/2014 enters into force the following day with the customer presentation. For administrative procedures pending at this time, as far as fees were set for these administrative procedures, the fees in the version before the BGBl. II No 178/2014. For administrative procedures relating to civil aviation schools at this time (posts 17 to 20a of II). Sections in the version before Regulation BGBl. However, II No 178/2014) are the fees as amended by Regulation BGBl. II No 178/2014 to the extent that these fees are lower than the fees of the tariff posts to be applied in the version before Regulation BGBl. II No 178/2014."
