180. Regulation of the Financial Markets Authority (FMA) amending the Supplementary Provisions regulation

Pursuant to § 81k (2) Insurance Supervision Act-VAG, BGBl. No 569/1978, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 42/2014, shall be arranged:

The Regulation of the Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FMA) on the provision for capital investment risks in the case of premium-beneficiary future provisions, which go beyond the capital investment risks of life insurance (supplementary provisions regulation), BGBl. II No 450/2003, as last amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 358/2010, shall be amended as follows:

1. In § 2 para. 4, the value shall be "3.25%" by the value "2.75%" replaced.

2. The previous text of § 7 receives the sales designation "(1)" . The following paragraph 2 is added to § 7:

" (2) § 2 (4) in the version of the BGBl Regulation. II No. 180/2014 comes with 1. Jänner 2015 in force. "
