149. Presentation of the Federal Minister for Arts and Culture, the Constitution and the Civil Service concerning the scope of the Additional Protocol to the Criminal Law Convention on Corruption

According to communications from the Secretary-General of the Council of Europe, the following other States have their instruments of ratification of the Additional Protocol to the Criminal Law Convention on Corruption (BGBl. III No 2/2014:

Furthermore, on 31 March 2014, the Netherlands has expressed reservations on the deposit of the instrument of acceptance in accordance with Article 9 (2) of the Additional Protocol. 1 pursuant to Article 37 (1) and (2) of the Criminal Law Convention, pursuant to Article 38 (2) of the Convention for a further three years, starting from 1 August 2014.
