Article 1

Amendment of the Education Documentary Regulation

On the basis of § 5 (3) and § 6 (2) of the Education Documentation Act, Federal Law Gazette (BGBl). No 12/2002, as last amended by the Federal Law of the Federal Republic of Germany (BGBl). I n ° 48/2014, shall be arranged:

The Education Documentary Regulation, BGBl. II No 499/2003, as last amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 185/2012, shall be amended as follows:

1. In § 2 Z 6 the turn shall be "Education, art and culture" through the turn "Education and women" replaced.

2. In Section 7 (3), the turn shall be " Country and/or District School Council " by the word "Landesschulrat" replaced.

(3) The following paragraph 5 is added to § 24:

" (5) § 2 Z 6, § 7 para. 3 as well as Appendixes 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 in the version of the Regulation BGBl. II No. 190/2014 will enter into force on 1 August 2014. "

4. In Appendix 1 Z 3, the attribute "skz" the twist "Education, art and culture" through the turn "Education and women" replaced.

5. In Appendix 1 Z 4, the attribute shall be: "State" and attribute "language" the twists "Education, art and culture" in each case by the turn "Education and women" replaced.

6. In Appendix 1 Z 5, the attribute shall be: "School Form" the twist "Education, art and culture" through the turn "Education and women" replaced.

7. In Appendix 1 Z 6, the attribute "class" , attribute "School Level" , attribute "sfkz" and attribute "bilingual language" the twists "Education, art and culture" in each case by the turn "Education and women" replaced.

8. In Appendix 1 Z 7, the attribute shall be: "class" , attribute "School Level" and attribute "sfkz" the twists "Education, art and culture" in each case by the turn "Education and women" replaced.

9. In Appendix 1 Z 8, the attribute shall be: "Box" the twist "Education, art and culture" through the turn "Education and women" replaced.

Article 2

Amendment of the Landeslehrer-Controllingverordnung

On the basis of § 4 (7) of the Financial Equalization Act 2008, BGBl. I n ° 103/2007, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 40/2014, shall be assigned in agreement with the Federal Minister for Finance:

The Landeslehrer-Controllingverordnung, BGBl. II No 390/2005, as last amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 244/2013, shall be amended as follows:

1. In § 3 (1), § 4 (1) and (2) as well as § 5 the Wendungen "Education, art and culture" in each case by the turn "Education and women" replaced.

(2) The following paragraph 4 is added to § 11:

" (4) § 3 (1), § 4 (1) and (2), § 5 as well as the annex in the version of the BGBl Regulation. II No. 190/2014 will enter into force on 1 August 2014. "

3. In Annex Z 1 (Employment data), the column "Field name SKZ" the twist "Education, science and culture" through the turn "Education and women" and the turn " Labelling of the district school council or of the inspection district, " through the turn "Labelling of the political district," replaced.

Article 3

Amendment of the Regulation on the verification of maturity in the higher education schools in general for professionals

On the basis of § § 33 to 41 of the School Education Act for Vocational Training, BGBl. I No 33/1997, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 75/2013, shall be arranged:

The regulation of the Federal Minister of Education and Cultural Affairs on the maturity test in the general education higher schools for professionals, BGBl. II No 400/1999, as amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 122/2007, shall be amended as follows:

1. In § 3 of the first sentence, the turn shall be deleted ", at the Realgymnasium for professionals at the Theresians Military Academy in the 5th Semester " .

2. In § 9 para. 2 Z 4 the parenthesis shall be deleted. "(only at the Realgymnasium for professionals at the Theresians Military Academy with a total hourly amount of at least eight semester hours)" .

3. § 15a together with the title shall be deleted.

4. § 16 para. 2 Z 1 reads:

" 1.		In all forms of the higher education for professionals in general, a living foreign language, provided that no living foreign language has been chosen as a written examination; "

5. § 19 together with the title shall be deleted.

6. In § 20, the sales designation shall be the first sentence "(1)" preceded and receives the previous paragraph 3, the sales designation "(2)" . According to the new paragraph 2, the following paragraph 3 is added:

" (3) § 3, § 9 para. 2 Z 4, § 16 paragraph 2 Z 1 in the version of the Ordination BGBl. II No. 190/2014 shall enter into force on 1 August 2014; at the same time, Section 15a, together with the title and Section 19, together with the title, shall become repeal. "

Article 4

Amendment of the Regulation on the curricula of primary schools

On the basis of the School Organization Act, BGBl. No 242/1962, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 48/2014, in particular § § 6 and 16 thereof, shall be prescribed:

The regulation of the Federal Minister of Education and Cultural Affairs on the curricula of the primary schools, BGBl. II No 134/2000, as last amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 290/2008, shall be amended as follows:

(1) In Article I, Article 2 of the following paragraph 6 is added:

" (6) Annex 4, as amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No. 190/2014 enters into force with 1 August 2014. "

2. In Appendix 4 (curriculum of the primary school with special consideration of ski sports training), fourth part (hour table), point 2 (Where no school-autonomous curriculum provisions exist), in footnote 3 the turn-of-the-turn "School Authority of First Instance" through the turn "competent school authority" replaced.

Article 5

Amendment of the Regulation to enact curricula for minority primary schools and for teaching in minority languages at primary and secondary schools in the Länder of Burgenland and Carinthia

Because of

1.		§ 19 of the Minority Protection Act for Carinthia, BGBl. No. 101/1959, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 48/2014,
2.		§ 2 (1) and § 3 (2) and (3) of the Minorities-Schulgesetz für Burgenland, BGBl. No 641/1994, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 48/2014, and
3.		of the School Organization Act, BGBl. No 242/1962, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 48/2014, in particular § § 6, 10 and 16 thereof,
Is prescribed:

The Federal Ministry of Education regulation, with which curricula are issued for minority primary schools and for teaching in minority languages at primary and secondary schools in the federal states of Burgenland and Carinthia, Federal Law Gazette (BGBl). No 118/1966, as last amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 283/2003, shall be amended as follows:

(1) The following paragraph 7 is added to Article 1 (5):

" (7) Annex 2, as amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No. 190/2014 enters into force with 1 August 2014. "

2. In Appendix 2 (curriculum of primary schools (elementary schools) with Croatian or with Croatian and German language of instruction) First part (General provisions) Section II (General provisions for primary school (except for the Pre-school level))) Point 2. (summary of school levels) the turn-of-the-turn "of the district school council and" .

Article 6

Amendment of the Regulation laying down the curricula of the primary school and the special schools

On the basis of the School Organization Act, BGBl. No 242/1962, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 48/2014, in particular § § 6, 10 and 23, shall be ordered:

The Federal Minister of Education and Cultural Affairs (BGBl) ordinal of the Federal Minister for Education and Cultural Affairs, with which the curricula of the primary school and the special schools are issued. No 134/1963, as last amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 303/2012 and in the version of the Federal Law Gazette (BGBl). II No 71/2014, shall be amended as follows:

1. In Article I, Section 3 (9), the word "District School Council" by the word "Landesschulrat" replaced.

(2) In Article I, Article 5 of the following paragraph 22 is added:

" (22) Art. 3 (9) as well as annexes A and C 4 as amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No. 190/2014 will enter into force on 1 August 2014. "

3. In Annex A (curriculum of the primary school), fourth part (total number of hours and hours of compulsory subjects, compulsory exercises, teaching of support, free articles and non-committing exercises) lit. b (hour board of the 1. to 4. In Z 1 of the remarks on the hourly boards of the elementary school, 1. to 4. School level the turn "School Authority of First Instance" through the turn "competent school authority" replaced.

4. In Annex C 4 (Curriculum of the Special School for Severely Disabled Children) First Part (General Provisions) Item 9. (Curriculum use in other types of school) will be the word "District School Council" by the word "Landesschulrat" replaced.

Article 7

Amendment of the Regulation on the curricula of the higher education schools

On the basis of the School Organization Act, BGBl. No 242/1962, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 48/2014, in particular § § 6 and 39, shall be prescribed:

The regulation of the Federal Minister of Education and Arts on the curricula of the general education higher schools, BGBl. No 88/1985, as last amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 352/2012, shall be amended as follows:

1. Article I (1) (17) is deleted.

2. Annex D/m (curriculum of the Realgymnasium for professionals at the Theresians Military Academy in Wr. Neustadt).

3. The following paragraph 17 is added to Article III (2):

" (17) Art. I § 1 Z 17 as well as the installation D/m shall expire on 31 July 2014. "

Article 8

Amendment of the school age regulation

On the basis of § 5 of the Schulzeitgesetz 1985, BGBl. No. 77, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 48/2014, shall be arranged:

The school age ordinance, BGBl. No 176/1991, as last amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 81/2007, shall be amended as follows:

1. § 1 (1) Z 7 reads:

" 7.		Schools for Tourism, "

2. In § 2, the sales designation shall be deleted "(1)" .

3. The title of § 8 reads as follows:

"Special provisions for schools for tourism"

4. In § 8 Z 1 the turn "School Authority of First Instance" through the turn "competent school authority" replaced.

5. In § 8 Z 3, the turn "School Authority of First Instance" through the turn "competent school authority" replaced.

6. The following paragraph 7 is added to § 12:

" (7) § 1 Z 7, § 2, the title of § 8 as well as § 8 Z 1 and 3 of this Regulation in the version of the Ordination BGBl. II No. 190/2014 will enter into force on 1 August 2014. "

Article 9

Amendment of the Regulation on contributions to student homes and full-day schooling

On the basis of § 5 (2) and (3) of the School Organization Act, BGBl. No 242/1962, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 48/2014, shall be assigned in agreement with the Federal Minister for Finance:

The regulation of the Federal Minister of Education and the Arts on contributions for student homes and full-day schooling, BGBl. No 428/1994, as last amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 218/2007, shall be amended as follows:

1. In Section 6 (2), the turn shall be "School Authority of First Instance" through the turn "competent school authority" replaced.

2. In Section 7a (2), the turn shall be "School Authority of First Instance" through the turn "competent school authority" replaced.

3. The following paragraph 5 is added to § 9:

" (5) § 6 (2) and § 7a (2) in the version of the BGBl Regulation. II No. 190/2014 will enter into force on 1 August 2014. "
