53. Federal law, with which the equalisation Act 1967 is changed the National Council has decided:

The equalisation Act 1967, BGBl. No. 376, as last amended by Federal Law Gazette I no. 40/2014, is amended as follows:

1. in section 8 is inserted after section 6 of the following paragraph 6a: "(6a) for a person with a permanent disability pursuant to section 2 para 1 lit." c it was found no increased family allowance entitlement to, if it refers to an income in a calendar year that exceeds the limit set out in article 5, paragraph 1. If the income in a subsequent calendar year under the § 5 para 1 fixed limit, the entitlement to the family allowance increased reappears. If the incapacity for work according to § 2 para 1 lit. "c as a steady state was established, no further expert opinion is required."

2. According to § 55 paragraph 28, 29 the following paragraph shall beadded:

"(29) § 8 paragraph 6a as amended by Federal Law Gazette I no. 53/2014 with the day following the publication of this federal law into force."
