54. Federal Law amending the Law on Water Law

The National Council has decided:

The Water Rights Act 1959 (WRG 1959), BGBl. N ° 215/1959, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 98/2013, shall be amended as follows:

In accordance with § 141, the following § 141a and title are added:

" Full-Community succession

§ 141a.
