56. Federal Act to amend the General Social Security Act, the Industrial Social Security Act and the Farmers-Social Insurance Act

The National Council has decided:

Article 1

Amendment of the General Social Insurance Act

The General Social Security Act-ASVG, BGBl. No. 189/1955, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 46/2014, shall be amended as follows:

(1) The following paragraph 3 is added to section 252:

" (3) The child's status referred to in paragraph 2 Z 3, which has fallen away due to the exercise of an employment which is based on compulsory insurance, shall be restored to the end of this occupation if the incapacity to work as a result of illness or frailling is not continue to exist. "

2. In accordance with § 685, the following § 686 shall be added together with the heading:

" Final determination of the Federal Law BGBl. I No 56/2014

§ 686. Section 252 (3) in the version of the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 56/2014 will enter into force on 1 July 2014. "

Article 2

Amendment of the Industrial Social Insurance Act

The Industrial Social Security Act-GSVG, BGBl. No 560/1978, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 32/2014, shall be amended as follows:

(1) The following paragraph 3 is added to § 128:

" (3) The child's status referred to in paragraph 2 Z 3, which has fallen away due to the exercise of an employment which is based on compulsory insurance, shall be restored to the end of this occupation if the incapacity to work as a result of illness or frailling is not continue to exist. "

2. In accordance with § 354, the following § 355 shall be added together with the heading:

" Final determination of the Federal Law BGBl. I No 56/2014

§ 355. Section 128 (3) in the version of the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 56/2014 will enter into force on 1 July 2014. "

Article 3

Amendment of the Farmers-Social Security Act

The Farmers-Social Security Act-BSVG, BGBl. N ° 559/1978, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 32/2014, shall be amended as follows:

1. The following paragraph 3 is added to § 119:

" (3) The child's status referred to in paragraph 2 Z 3, which has fallen away due to the exercise of an employment which is based on compulsory insurance, shall be restored to the end of this occupation if the incapacity to work as a result of illness or frailling is not continue to exist. "

2. In accordance with § 346 the following § 347 shall be added together with the heading:

" Final determination of the Federal Law BGBl. I No 56/2014

§ 347. Section 119 (3) in the version of the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 56/2014 will enter into force on 1 July 2014. "
